1. Description of Services

DT Solution offers visual content creation services for real estate and other commercial sectors. This includes, but is not limited to: interior and exterior photography, aerial video and photography (drones), virtual tours, 3D modeling, floor plans, and mapping.

3. Property Preparation and Pets

The Client is solely responsible for ensuring the property is clean, decluttered, and ready for the shoot at the scheduled time. Our photographers will shoot the property "as is" upon arrival.

Pets: To ensure the safety of our high-tech equipment (cameras, drones, 3D scanners) and the efficiency of the shoot, all pets must be secured, crated, or removed from the property during the session.

4. Additional Editing and Revisions

Our standard packages include basic real estate editing.

Advanced editing services (such as Virtual Staging, complex object removal, sky replacement, or Day-to-Dusk/Twilight conversions) are billed separately, unless the Client has specifically selected and paid for those products during booking.

6. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

• Cancellation Notice: We request prior notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty.
• On-Site Cancellation (No Reschedule): If our team arrives and the Client cancels permanently, a penalty of 50% of the total package value applies (provided cancellation did not occur within the first 36 hours after the original order).
• No-Show with Reschedule: If access cannot be gained but the Client wishes to reschedule, a flat fee of $80.00 USD will be charged to cover the no-show penalty and travel expenses.
• Weather: If inclement weather prevents exterior shooting or drone flights, the Client may reschedule at no additional cost, subject to availability.

7. Travel Fees

DT Solution does not charge a travel fee for properties located within a 50-mile radius from our base of operations in Haines City, FL.

For properties beyond 50 miles, a travel fee will be charged for each additional mile, calculated based on the official IRS standard mileage rate in effect at the time of service.

9. Audio and Music in Videos

All videos and aerial tours produced by DT Solution that include music will use Royalty-Free licensed tracks. This ensures the Client can post the content on social media (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, MLS) without risk of audio muting or penalization.

10. Drone (UAV) Aerial Operations

All drone flights are operated under FAA Part 107 regulations. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any flight if conditions are deemed unsafe or if the property is located within an FAA No-Fly Zone.

11. Limitation of Liability

DT Solution shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. DT Solution's maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any legal disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Polk County, Florida.

13. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

DT Solution reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services following any modifications constitutes acceptance of those changes.
